Urgent!
Hi team!
Effective IMMEDIATELY there is a schedule change for practices!
Tuesdays will now meet from 7:45 - 9:15 PM!
Thursdays - we have a problem!!!! Please cast your vote below for:
1) Thursday practices from 9 PM - 10:30.
2) Wednesday practices from 8 PM - 9:30.
3) Friday practices from 7 PM - 8:30.
Saturdays are open too (as are earlier times on Wednesdays and Fridays!), so let me know ASAP what would be best for you! I'm really sorry about all this but studio classes are starting this week and these are the only times that are available. We'll make it work somehow, but you need to let me know what works best for you! :) And quickly please! :)
I'll post the "winning" day and time as soon as it's decided. Thanks and sorry again!

I don't make all the classes, so you may not want to count my vote very high, But my order of the choices would be 3, 1, 2. Shelley

My vote would be for the Wednesday time from 8 - 9:30 and second choice would be for Thursday from 9 - 10:30.

Wow, this is unfortunate. Choice 1 and 3 pretty much guarantees no kids will come - late for a school night and then a Friday night when it's time for sports and friends. Wednesday night is church night for a lot of kids too. Mackenzie will be at confirmation another 2 years from 7-8 on Wednesdays. But, if we had to choose one, I guess it would be the Wednesday one - we'd always be late (instead of half the time now!) and probably need to leave a little early to get to bed - Kenzie is out the door by 6:50 a.m. for school. Totally selfishly, I would vote we move the Kids to the Tuesday night spot and the adults take the Wednesday spot at 8.

Patty might be on to something here. Tuesday night group - what do you think about letting the kids have Tuesdays and you taking a diffferent night?

This is really tricky for us. Wednesday's is definitely out. The other nights wouldn't get the girls home till midnight, Ashley has early morning seminary at 6:30 so I have real concerns about her getting up early. Since I am the teacher this year, I also get affected. Fridays the girls aren't too happy about but they could do that, Saturday mornings could also work. Perhaps if you move the girls to Tuesdays, and Michelle could come with them and get out what she can, then I would just come back on Mondays with Kristy. Other idea, can we use school for another night? Chris

Our options (for both classes) are Tuesdays at 7:45, Wednesdays anytime after 6, Thursdays at 9, and Fridays anytime after 6. Or anytime on Saturdays. Mondays might be an option but I'm committed to Community Ed now until the end of November....

WOW! What a mess! I still like Tuesdays the best, Wednesdays are bad for me (because of square dancing), Thursdays are too late for me, and sorry I don't like Fridays or Saturdays either. Go with what the majority wants; I will be gone from end of Nov. till first part of April. Also please remember the open dances are on the first and third Wednesdays. Since the majority of those attending are WRC, could be a problem. We could cancel the open dances if we have to. Sorry about the mess. Do what you have to. Thanks, me

Wednesday is not good, because of GSCA open dances(not a good idea to cancel open dances, they are for all Cloggers/GSCA members). I would vote for Friday or Saturday.

This sure is a mess!! Lets see ... Wed for Sean would be good but we may have an issue with getting him there ... I work most Wed 5-9. And I could probably get there to pu around 9:30 ... I'll be coming from Shakopee. Thurs is definately too late and I wouldn't be able to switch ... I already have something that nite. Friday wouldn't be that great that's for sure. Sorry for not being much help ... good luck trying to figure this out Tammy!

We are pretty flexible. Due only to Jillian's age, we prefer earlier to later, but days of the week don't matter so much.
We'd be happy to provide rides for Sean & Kelsey, or anyone else who lives nearby!

Just let us know and we'll do our best to participate. Next Tuesday I'm in Rhode Island for work, and I'm gone for the weekend of the 14th/15th with friends to our cabin so won't make either practice.
I like the idea of coming as adults on Wednesdays - could we go to the VFW early on the nights of open dance, practice a little, and then do open dance?
