WRC this week!
Hi all!
This week Tuesday we're working on Grassy Creek at 8 PM on Tuesday at Pat Peare.
Practice on Thursday will be at Janie's at 8 PM! We'll be working on Bout It and the new steps! :)
The good news though is that starting next week, we'll have a new Thursday home - at Cindy's house in Bloomington! Directions to come soon.

P.S. There haven't been any requests yet for songs you want to learn this winter. Do I get to choose then? 'Cuz we all know what that will mean.... ;)

I tried to put my request in twice but the tool kicked me out. Hope it works this time!
For Tuesday nights - I'd like to review Mama Mia - we learned it but never practice it. I'd also like to learn the more "snappy" songs that GSCA usually does, so I know what to do when we have events with the group.
On Thursday, I'd like to go over Black Horse, Chicken Train, and Kim Possible - I never got those down. Would also like to learn Sold.

I would like to continue to learn Bout it, and possibly bring back the Black Eyed Peas song we started learning last year, Hips Don't Lie and I will have to look at the KC video to remember the other song that I liked from the advanced hall (besides Kelly's songs :)) And maybe You Know What It Is.... :)

im so sorry i havent been able to come the past couple of weeks. i have to be the back stage tailor just in case something goes wrong with the costums during a show so...yeah . sorry
only one more week..then im soooooo comming back! cant wait to see all of your shinning faces. love you all!

It's hard to describe. There are about four clogging male/female couples. They start out clogging, then an announcer comes in and starts telling about the million dollar New Year's raffle from the MN State Lottery. There's a close-up of an accordion player and then they finish out with the cloggers doing more of a square dance.
I have it on video (it was on during shows I was taping last night). I'll bring it tonight if anyone wants to borrow it or if Janie wants to let us all watch it!

I saw a different comercial.... I caught part of it, it had the "Riccola Horn Blowers" on there and a juggler...

My parents just saw the one Deanna is talking about. It's the Wild Goose Chase Cloggers that got the commercial....they saw Zak! :) (Now that's actually cool!)
