WRC this week!
GREAT JOB AT THE FAIR LAST WEEK! :D
Three shows down and two more to go. Well three more technically. We've got our shows on Saturday at 1 PM and 5 PM - please be there 30 minutes before each show. And we will also clog on the radio at 4 PM on Wednesday!
For Saturday, let's wear our pink shirts again for the first show and blue for the second. Capris are ok again too.
We can work out the details for the radio show at class Tuesday. I plan to run both shows both nights of practice this week. Any extra time will likely be spent on Grassy Creek. :)

WRC this week!
Hi all:
The State Fair is upon us! Can you believe it?
Tuesday we will run our first three state fair shows, just like we did last Thursday. I'd also like to see Grassy Creek a couple of times so please please please be on time as we have a lot to do!
Thursday night our show is at 7 PM. Please be at the stage and ready to go no later than 6:30. Let's wear capris and our GREEN shirts. Please also make sure your shoes are polished - at least to start out. :) Please also remember that if you're wearing socks, they should be white and barely visible over your shoe!
Saturday morning our first show is at 9:45 and our second is at 6:30. Please be there and ready to go 30 minutes early. (That's 9:15 AM and 6 PM!) We'll wear capris for both shows - PINK in the AM and BLUE in the PM.
If you have any questions, let me know! I hope you're all as excited as I am!!!! :D

This week is all review all the time. ;) Please make sure you've given me all your changes for the state fair shows. I plan to bring the final line-ups to practice on Tuesday and would be so so happy if I didn't have to make any more updates!

WRC this week!
Hi all:
It's review from here on out until we're done with the fair! Tuesday dances are: Lobster Bucket, Bombshell Stomp, Funky Pig, Grassy Creek, Ladies Choice, Mama Mia, Ida Red, Hold Your Horses, Turbo Polka, Super Trooper, Cry of the Celts, and Rocky Top. Thursday dances are: Jezebell, Country Roads, I Don't Dance, Hips, Blue Jeans, Big World, KY Borderline, Black Horse, Chicken Train, Karma, and the Acapella.
Please take a look at the following list and let me know if any of this information is correct. We have the fair tickets and will be giving them out next week. It's very important that you get a ticket for each day that you are dancing but also that you don't have any extras. In the past, we've lost tickets here and there and that cannot happen this year. Thanks! :)

WRC this week!
Hi all:
This week is review week! I'd like to dance everything we know each night to make sure we really know it. On Tuesday, if there is time, we will start to work on Grassy Creek. On Thursday, if there is time, we will learn Bad.
Remember we have a show Saturday at the nursing home in New Richland at 4 PM. I will get the address to you soon. Please arrive by 3:30, wearing capris and blue shirts. Right now I have signed up Deb, Jenna, Karen, and Brook. Jillian and Patty are maybe's.
The Possins will also be there, and we have been invited back to their house after the show for a BBQ! (Thanks Chris!) :) Please let me know if we can add your name to our list!

P.S. I am planning to put a "freestyle routine" in a couple of our State Fair shows. If you are willing to do this, please let me know. :D
