WRC this week!
Hi all:
It's STATE FAIR WEEK! :)
Tuesday: please arrive at the education building stage by 6:30 PM wearing yellow shirts. We will be dancing show #2.
Thursday: please arrive at the stage by 6:30 PM wearing blue shirts for show #1.
Saturday: please arrive by 4:30 PM wearing yellow shirts for show #2.

WRC this week!
Hi all:
This is it! One more practice and then its State Fair time! Here is what we'll be running on Tuesday:
Show #1:

9. Grassy Creek

11. Cry
Show #2:
1. What a Feeling
2. Munster Rag
3. Heavy Rotation
4. Sold
5. Irish
6. Tik Tok
7. Blue Jeans
8. Bad
9. Hips
10. Banjo Boy
Please be on time as we have ALOT to do! We will be starting right at 8 PM and working hard 'til 9:30. Since many of you have been absent lately, I will need to take you out of any dances that I don't see you do on Tuesday. That means if you arrive late, or leave the studio during practice, you will be taken out of whatever dance you're missing.
Please be sure to check your e-mail one last time for the final line-up I just sent out. If anything needs to be changed, please let me know by 3 PM Tuesday so I have time to fix it before class.
Also, there are two "speaking parts" that I REALLY would like your help with. I can't dance all the songs and do all the talking. Please let me know if you're able to help out.
Thursday night please arrive at the education building stage no later than 7 PM. We will be dancing show #1, wearing capris and our new blue shirts. I know that area is dirty and dusty but please start out the show with polished and clean shoes. :)

WRC this week!
Hi all:
Great job at the Thresher Festival!
This week Tuesday we will be running our shows for the Dakota County Fair. We will add audience participation to the shows, but if we end up with full shows they will be as follows.
Show #1:
1. Topsoil

There is no class on Thursday. And on Saturday, please arrive at the Dakota County Fairgrounds at least 30 minutes prior to our first show. (I think we dance at 2 PM but will confirm that later.) Let's wear our new blue shirts for the first show and yellow for the second.

WRC this week!
Hi all:
This week Tuesday we will run through ALL our Tuesday dances starting at 8 PM and at 9 PM will work on Kentucky Borderline.
This week Thursday we will run through ALL our Thursday dances starting at 8 PM and at 9 PM will work on the acapella.
On Saturday we dance at the Thresher Festival! Please arrive by 9:30 AM. We're wearing our yellow shirts and capris. The show goes for two hours as we are trading off with the square dancers as usual. I'm sure the WRC van will be doing a pick up at the studio, but please check with my parents for timing.
