WRC this week!
Hi all:
Hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving!
This week Tuesday and Thursday classes will be devoted to our Christmas Show. That said, it's supposed to snow Tuesday. I will send an e-mail out late in the day tomorrow if I decide the roads are too bad to hold class. If that happens, I would like everyone who is doing the show on Saturday to come to Cindy's on Thursday for practice.
Saturday's show is at the Holiday Inn in Lakeville (20800 Kenrick). Please arrive by 12:45 wearing black pants (capris are ok if you have some fun socks on!), the green shirts with our names on them (we will have the new order by then), and any other Christmas or Hanukkah decorations you want to wear.
Also - please send an e-mail to me to let me know what you'd like to do about classes around Christmas and New Years. Do we want to take any time off or just keep dancing? AND for the January 18th show in Anoka, we only have four people signed up. It's a Tuesday, what else do you have to do? :) I need to know ASAP if more of you are willing to perform that night.

WRC this week!
Hi all:
I'm out of town so Lisa in charge this week. Tuesday is the only night of class and my mom will be monitoring the weather and will cancel class if it does indeed snow. Please check your e-mail late in the afternoon to know if class is on or not.
The songs you need for our Christmas show are: Topsoil, Jingle Bell Rock, Diggy Diggy Lo, Bluesberry, Grandma Got Runover by a Reindeer, Funk, Rocky Top, What a Feeling, Marry Me, and Cry of the Celts.
Congratulations also to Lisa who placed third out of nine in her acapella solo last weekend! :)
I hope everyone has a happy and safe Thanksgiving and I'll see you next week!

WRC this week!
Hi all:
This week Monday is our last beginner class of the session. Feel free to drop by and say hi to our newbies! :) This week Tuesday we will learn "Grandma Got Run Over by a Reindeer" and will review for the upcoming Christmas show! And Thursday we will work on Bluesberry and the three-hand reel.
For the 12/4 show, please be working on: Topsoil, Jingle Bell Rock, Diggy Diggy Lo, Bluesberry, Funk, Marry Me, and Cry of the Celts. We have two more that we will decide on this week.

WRC this week!
Hi all:
This week Monday we have beginner classes (week six of seven).
Tuesday we will work on: Topsoil, Diggy Diggy Lo, Jingle Bell Rock, Marry Me, and will learn Grandma Got Run Over by a Reindeer, if there is time.
Thursday we will continue working on Bluesberry and the three-hand reel (for Toss the Feathers).

WRC this week!
Hi all:
This week Monday beginner classes are on! We're in week five already!
This week Tuesday we will make sure we've got Topsoil, Diggy Diggy Lo, and Jingle Bell Rock down. If there's time we will start learning Marry Me.
This week Thursday we will do Bluesberry. Maybe. And the three hand also.
