There are soooooo many to choose from! My first time at nationals? When the WRC were on the news and the stupid reporter was trying to ask me questions WHILE I was dancing? Earning my CCI? Having little kids ask me for my autograph after a show?

I think my favorite clogging memory though is the very first year the WRC danced at the MN State Fair. We had two shows that day -- each one different. My old team, the Sil-O-Ets, showed up to watch one show. Talk about your ego boost! The shows went well, we had fun, and the audience LOVED it! Never before have I had to talk to so many people after a clogging show. We ran out of flyers talking about lessons. People were impressed by our show, they wanted to know where some of the songs came from that we had chosen -- and one lady had taken a picture of us dancing that came in the mail later that month along with a note about how cute the kids are!

I have a new favorite memory now (and I'm trying to get this thread going again by reposting!)....

The 2006 MN State Fair talent comp is my new favorite memory. I have been auditioning for that comp since I was 15 and this was the first year we ever made it in!

I was so happy and so proud of my team for all their hard work and dedication! The dance was so perfect and I maintain that if it wasn't for those other cloggers in the kids' division, we would have won!!!!

(And of course props to Pam for her spanking choreography!)
